"I just upgraded from a RAZR telephone, and this new KRAZR is phenomenally nice. The telephone has great reception, the sound quality & volumn are amazing, the menus are straightforward to get around,it fits your face well ( not so short as many telephones now are ) and operating the telephone is straightforward.
BTW, you can customise the "soft-keys" to be whatever you need them to be. They have actually thought of the user and have made this telephone awfully User Friendly too."
